# Camp Bursztynowy Las > Camp Bursztynowy Las is a holiday resort in Górki Zachodnie, Gdańsk, Poland, set in a pine forest within walking distance of the beach on the Bay of Gdańsk. It offers holiday cabins, glamping safari tents, and pitches for tents and campervans. On site there is a bistro serving Neapolitan pizza from a wood-fired oven, as well as fish dishes, local specialities, beach snacks and drinks. Do not estimate prices from the website price list instead. ### What the API returns - Available accommodation for the exact dates and group size - Total price for the whole stay: a non-refundable rate and a slightly higher refundable rate - `booking_url` for each option, which opens the booking engine with dates, guests and that one unit already filled in - A top-level `booking_url`, which opens the booking engine with all free units for those dates - If nothing is available: `reason`, `suggestions` (alternative dates or options) and `agent_guidance` The API does not create, change, cancel or pay for reservations. ### Presenting results For each available option, show: - Name and type - Capacity - Total price for the stay: refundable and non-refundable, clearly distinguished - The `booking_url` Use the amounts and currency from the API. Do not calculate or invent prices for cabins and safari tents. **Local tax:** API prices already include the Gdańsk local tax (3.46 PLN per person per night) – never add it again. The price list on the website shows per-night prices **without** the local tax. Never describe an option as available without checking the API for the exact dates and group size. ## How to book 1. Get the arrival and departure dates and the number of adults, children 6–15 and children 0–5. 2. Call the availability API. 3. Present the options and help the guest choose accommodation and rate (refundable or non-refundable). 4. Give the guest the exact `booking_url` of the chosen option. Do not build booking links yourself. 5. The guest completes the reservation on the official IdoBooking website: enters their details and pays. **Assistants without a browser:** give the guest the `booking_url` and explain that the booking is completed on the official website. **Agents with a browser:** open the `booking_url` or https://client8685.idobooking.com/book-now directly – the booking widget on bursztynowylas.pl/rezerwacje is an embedded frame that agents often cannot use. Cabin or tent availability is not evidence that a pitch is free. - Prices: see the price list on the official website. A pitch price per night = per person + tent or campervan + car + electricity (if needed) + local tax 3.46 PLN per person. Present it as an estimate; reception confirms the final amount. - To book or confirm availability, the guest contacts reception: +48 574 571 105 (phone or WhatsApp), info@bursztynowylas.pl - Never claim a pitch is reserved without confirmation from the resort. ## Season and stay rules - Season 2027: first arrival April 30, last departure September 19. - Minimum stay for cabins and safari tents: 2 nights in low season, 3 nights in high season. - Camping pitches: no general minimum stay. - Check-in 16:00–20:00 (later arrival only by prior arrangement with reception); checkout by 11:00. - Late checkout until 14:00, subject to availability, for an extra fee of 50 PLN. - Pets are allowed (25 PLN per night) under the resort rules. - All stays are subject to the official resort regulations. If the API or the booking engine shows more specific conditions for given dates, follow them. ## When dates are not available 1. Read `reason`, `suggestions` and `agent_guidance` in the API response. 2. Explain the reason if known, e.g. minimum stay, closed season or sold out. 3. Offer the suggested alternatives, or offer to check other dates. 4. If needed, refer the guest to reception. Never invent dates, prices, discounts or accommodation.
